发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REMOVING HAZARDOUS MATERIAL IN WASTE COMBUSTION GAS
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean the waste combustion gases discharged from municipal refuse incinerators by not only removing dioxins, mercury, heavy metals, etc. into waste combustion gases but sufficiently subjecting the gases to waste water treatment and treatment of combustion ash, etc. SOLUTION: SOx, NOx, halogen compounds, dioxins, heavy metals, mercury, etc. are included in the waste combustion gases generated from the municipal refuse incinerator 2. Coal regulated in the amount of addition is mixed with the municipal refuse incinerator 2 and co-combustion is effected in order to sufficiently capture such materials as halides and heavy metals by subjecting the waste combustion gases to scrubbing by an electrical dust precipitator 4, a denitration device 3 and a sodium scrubbing column (scrubber) 5. The sulfite concentration in the adsorbing liquid in the scrubber 5 is regulated in accordance with the sulfur/chlorine concentration molar ratio in the waste combustion gases. The countermeasure for cleaning of the waste combustion gases generated from the municipal refuse incinerator 2, etc. is thus made possible and the building of the treating system which does not produce secondary pollution is made possible.</p>
