<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple drain soil treatment unit and apparatus constituted so that sludge or a slime-like microorganism film are hardly accumulated on or adhered to the wall of a treatment space 1 or the filter medium 3 in the treatment space 1, and capable of easily cleaning the treatment space or filter medium 3 and discharging the sludge. SOLUTION: A simple or a plurality of drain soil treatment unit 2 are arranged in the vertical hole excavated in soil in such a state that filter media 3 and pipings are unified and the pipings of the respective units 2 are connected to execute a drain soil treatment apparatus. An air diffusing/water sucking pipe 4 is provided in the vicinity of the bottom part of each drain soil treatment unit 2 and air is sent to the air diffusing/water sucking pipe 4 not only to diffuse air but also to discharge water in the treatment space 1 to the outside from the air diffusing/water sucking pipe 4. By this constitution, the treatment space 1 is washed at a proper time and sludge can be discharged. A ventilation cylinder 9 is raised from a water sprinkling pipe 5 to accelerate the ventilation in the treatment space 1.</p> |
