The building has a foundation (2), in which U-shaped floor anchorages (3) are embedded according to the floor plan of the building to be erected. Half-finished parts are connected to the floor anchorages and to each other. The parts comprise four parallel iron grids (5), which are evenly spaced parallel to each other and positioned using spacers (6). A hard foam plate (8a,b) is arranged in the intermediate spaces (7) between the outer and inner pairs. The hard foam plates are thinner than the spaces between the plates and the grids. The outer grids of the other wall elements project over the roof thickness. A rood (11) made of prefabricated hard foam parts (12) is laid on the inner ring (13) of the wall (4) and has recesses (14) on its lower face for a support bridging piece (15). The support bridging piece is formed so that joints are formed, in which reinforcement elements are fitted. Iron grids are arranged over and under the reinforcement elements. A coating of air-placed concrete is formed on the outer iron grids and cast concrete plates are formed in the spaces formed by the hard foam plates. A ring anchor (18) is fitted in the outer ring (17) formed by the hard foam parts (12) and the hard foam plates and is cast together with the joints and the iron grids with concrete.
