PURPOSE:To simplify the loading and unloading of a cassette by turning a cassette holding member by sliding a sliding member while opening and closing a cover via a connecting lever through the rotation of a turning lever. CONSTITUTION:To load cassette 8, cassette 8 is mounted on cassette receptacle 7b of sliding member 7 and then cover 4 is only pressed against the activating force of a spring, etc., by a finger. As a result, cover 4 and cassette holdig member 6 is turned clockwise and during the turning, sliding member 7 is slid toward axis 5 to suck cassette 8 under cover 4 automatically, so that the cassette will be loaded. Connecting pin 11 between turning lever 9 and sliding member 7, when the cover is fully open, penetrates axis 10 of turning lever 9 and is positioned on line l crossing cassette holding member 6 at right angles. As a result, even when downward force is appied to holding member 6 in the state shown in the figure, holding member 6 never turns carelessly and, in consequence, the cassette can stably be loaded. |
