<p>PURPOSE:To improve feeling of a driver's clutch operation, by reducing the distance between a position of clutch pedal operation where the clutch action starts and another position where the clutch action is completed. CONSTITUTION:As a clutch pedal is put on, a piston 2 is pushed to the right, a valve body 41 gets off a pin 41f and a spring 32b presses the valve body 41 toward an end face 2d. A valve seat 43a is then seated to the end face 2d, so that a displacement chamber 1b is disconnected from a reservoir to cause a clutch action. As the clutch pedal is then gradually released until it reaches a normal position where the valve seat 43a should come up off the end face 2d, the valve seat 43a is safely prevented from being pushed onto the end face 2d, because a valve 43 catches hold of a flange 41c and the outer diameter of the valve seat 43a is smaller than that of the flange 41c.</p> |
