摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a diametrical dimension around an input shaft from becoming large even when two lubrication circuits are provided to facilitate control of lubricating oil quantity of an input clutch used in place of a torque converter. SOLUTION: The input clutch 4, comprising an electromagnetic clutch 28, an input clutch pack 29 and a loading cam 30, transmits rotation of an engine to an input shaft 5, which rotation is then inputted to a speed change unit 7 through a change-over mechanism 41 for forward/backward drive in reversibly rotational way. Lubrication of the input clutch 4 is performed by the following circuitry. A portion of the input shaft 5 fitted in a hollow sleeve 27 is made smaller in diameter and an annular clearance 5a communicating to the input clutch 4 is formed in the fitting portion therebetween, and a first lubrication circuit 52 for the input clutch 4 which is configured to contain the clearance is provided, and further a hollow bore 5b communicating to the input clutch 4 is formed in the input shaft 5 and a second lubrication circuit 53 for the input clutch 4 which is configured to include the bore is arranged. Then, the control of lubricating oil quantity to the input clutch 4 is performed by supplying the lubricating oil from the first lubrication circuit 52 alone when the clutch is in engaged or in disengaged condition, or by supplying the lubricating oil from both of the first lubrication circuit 52 and the second lubrication circuit 53 when the clutch is in slip condition.</p>
