<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product supply planning system and a recording medium, for formulating a supply plan of a product, actualizing a product supply plan which reserves stocks and products in progress for order (product order) from a business office (customer), collects wanted orders for a fixed period, formulate an optimum production plan for the collected orders in consideration of the production and physical distribution on the factory side, reserves the products according to the delivery period and priority classification of the order on the basis of the results of the formulated production plan, and gives consideration to the production efficiency and physical distribution efficiency for the product on the factory side, so that the whole will be optimized. SOLUTION: This system comprises the following: a means for receiving order for the product from the customer; a means for generating the production plan in consideration of the production efficiency of initial setup and the like in the factory regarding the orders that are received by the above means and collected for a fixed period; and a means for reserving the product for the orders on the basis of the generated production plan.</p> |
