fat-and-oil industry and medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cleaning, sorting, grinding, drying and pressing leguminous crop seeds. Drying is carried out in auger-type apparatus for thermal treatment of oil seeds initially at the temperature of 100-110 C for 2-3 min, with following thermal treatment at temperature not exceeding 60 C for 20-23 min to provide for moisture content of 3-5%. Seeds are further subjected to coarse grinding to produce large-size fraction. Pressing is performed initially at temperature not exceeding 60 C, with following pressing at final pressing stage for 8-10 s at temperature of 80-100 C. Method may be utilized for producing oils, which may be used in food-processing industry and in medicine for manufacture of medicine drugs based on leguminous seeds.
