PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance inspection, etc. by combining a water supply tank, a water receiving dish and spray water generator into a unit, and fitting the unit so that spray water may be jetted into a convection air feed passage in the vicinity of a heat source through an opening provided in the outer wall of a fan heater. CONSTITUTION:A humidifier unit 12 consists of a cartridge type closed water tank 13, a water receiving dish 14, a water supply pipe 15, an air pressure-feed motor 16, a pressure feed fan 17, a casing 18, a spray nozzle 19, and an air feed duct 20. The unit 20 is placed on a frame table 11, and the nozzle 19 is placed so as to protrude inside the body 1 through an opening made in the outer wall of the rear face of the body 1 and so that the jet port thereof may face with the convection air feed passage indicated by an arrow in the vicinity of the heat-exchanger 5. That combination of devices into a unit facilitates maintenance, inspection and parts replacement, and insures the application thereof for various types of fan heaters. |
