<p>The connector (5) is intended for securing two tubes which cross at right angles. It is esp. for connecting an oval-section horizontal aluminium tubular cross-member (6) to two similar upright members (2, 3) of a light-weight stacking trolley. The connector body (5) has two corresponding oval openings (7, 8) which are so arranged that the tubes inserted therein are in contact where they cross (9). The openings may be arranged so that the major axis of one tube connects with the minor axis of the other. One or both openings may be closed at one end (18) which closure may be a knock-out panel (18).</p> |
