PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a phosphoric acid curing inorganic composition having excellent fluidity, a good operating efficiency to curing and an excellent strength and water resistance of a cured product. SOLUTION: This method for production comprises a reactional step of reacting an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid containing 10-80 mass% of P2O5 with phosphorous acids and a basic metallic compound comprising a bivalent metal so as to provide the ratio A1 of the total number of valence of phosphate ions and phosphite ions to the total number of valence of metallic ions in the basic metallic compound with 0.1<=A1<=0.6 and a mixing step of subsequently adding aluminum hydroxide under heating at 70-100 deg.C so as to provide the ratio A2 of the total number of valence of the phosphate ions and phosphite ions to the total number of valence of the metallic ions in the basic metallic compound after the addition with 0.7<=A2<=0.2 [where in, A1=ΣMini/ΣPjmj and A2=(Mono +ΣMin)/ΣPjmj (Pj is the number of mol of the phosphate ions and phosphite ions; mj is the number of valence corresponding to Pj; Mo is the number of mol of the metallic ions in the aluminum hydroxide; Mi is the number of mol of the metallic ions in the basic metallic compound; no and ni are each the number of valence of the respective metallic ions; i>=1 and j>=1)].
