PURPOSE:To obtain the ultrafilter complex which allows ultrafiltration stably for a long term by a method wherein a cylindrical body is formed by spirally stacking a porous tape with a specified mechanical property and glueing the tape and an ultrafilter is directly made up on the inner surface. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body with a 3-9mm. inner diameter is formed in such a manner that one porous tape, tensile rupture strength thereof is 2kg/cm or more and tensile ductility thereof in 2kg/cm tensile stress is 10% or less, is spirally wound so that end portions be stacked and stacking portions are glued. A continuous ultrafilter with no joint is made up to ensure that a solution dope of an organic polymer as an ultrafilter raw material is applied on an inner surface of the cylindrical body, a dope solvent is evaporated, and the cylindrical body is immersed in a solidifying liquid. The ultrafilter complex allows ultrafiltration, which is stable for a long term, practically and economically. |
