PURPOSE:To shorten a time for specifying a recorded area and to improve the operability of a title device by selectively recording an electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier from a negative to a positive image or from a positive to a negative image in a first or a second image recording mode with scanning light corresponding to the image projected to a screen. CONSTITUTION:When a power source is turned on by the main control part 64 of an image forming device, cursors 35a, 35b, 36a and 36b and a slide shutter are initialized so as to be in initial positions respectively and the input of a negative N-positive P mode key 57a on an operation panel 53 is judged. In such a state, the rotary screen of a regular developing device 22 is made to correspond to a photosensitive drum by means of a switching circuit 77 and an N-P mode is displayed on a projection screen. When the mode of a P-P mode key 57b is inputted by means of the panel 53, the rotary sleeve of the screen of a reverse developing device 23 is made to correspond to the photosensitive drum by means of the circuit 77 according to the judgement of a control part 64, so that the input by means of a cursor operating key is not received. |
