发明名称 ELECTRODE DIVISION TYPE TRANSDUCER USING HIGH MOLECULAR PIEZOELECTRIC FILM
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the electric-acoustic couple occurring between the adjacent piezoelectric substances, by deleting the piezoelectric property at the undesired area of the high molecular piezoelectric film to which the piezoelectric property is provided. CONSTITUTION:The transducer is formed by laminating supporter 7, back electrode/reflecting plate 8, high molecular piezoelectric film 9, surface electrode 10 and surface protective film 11 each. Electrode 8 is divided into slips A1, A2, A3... to be formed, and insulator 12 is inserted between these slips each. In this structure, the area of film 9 to which no function is required as the piezoelectric substance, i.e., the piezoelectric property at the area to insulator 12 is deleted away. That is, the surface of film 9 is covered with the heat isolating mask after giving the piezoelectric property to film 9, and then heated up with the heat source such as the infrared lamp or the like. As a result, the temperature rises up at the areas of film 9 excepting the mask, and then the depolarization occurs to lose the piezoelectric property. In this way, the whole manufacture can be facilitated for the transducer, at the same time eliminating the electric-acoustic couple between the adjacent piezolelectric substances.
