PURPOSE:To efficiently finish-grind wide area of a work by pressurized relative sliding and turning flow and vertical flow. CONSTITUTION:A tilted tank 7 provided stationarily or so as to be turned by a transmission gear 11 on the periphery of a table 3 turned in a horizontal plane by a motor 5. The turning of the table 3 applies centrifugal forces to a work and grinding material contained in the tank 7. The flow generated in the tank 7 by the turning of the tank 7 and vertical rocking motion of the tank 7 due to the tilted arrangement provide complicated combined relative sliding motion between the work and the grinding material thus efficiently and uniformly grinding the work. |
