PURPOSE:To eliminate improper polarization and to increase the mechanial strength of the connector of the piezoelectric porcelain by laminating two different types of piezoelectric porcelain composition and sintering primarily and secondarily it. CONSTITUTION:Two different types of piezoelectric porcelain compositions 1, 2 are laminated, hydraulically pressed with the pressure of 1,000-2,000kg/cm<2> to form a formed article, which is heated from the room temperature at 50-100 deg.C/hr to 500-700 deg.C, and retained for predetermined time as the second calcining step to be sintered. |
