<p>PURPOSE:To simplify adjustment by performing subtractive-polarity addition processing regarding a load cell output and also by converting a positive and negative bipolarity input by a double integral A/D converter so as to output a digital count signal. CONSTITUTION:The output of sensitivity regulating circuit 15 connected to reference voltage source 7 is supplied to reference voltage generator 31 provided to the input part of double integral A/D converter 30 and further supplied to zero-point setting circuit 19 including operational amplifier 20 as a high impedance circuit. A subtractive-polarity addition voltage between the output of this circuit 19 and that of load cell 2 set so that a nonload output level will nearly be zero volt is preamplified 24 and then supplied to A/D converter 30. Next, A/D converter 30 integrates a voltage of positiive or negative polarity input from preamplifier 24 to output a digital count signal. Thus, the adjustment for obtaining a fixed count number in response to rated weight.</p> |
