The device is assembled of a shelf part (1) with three vertical walls and several horizontal boards and a wide, square shaped base (2), in order to hold the tower safely in position. The base (2) can be divided into two parts (2.1, 2.2) which are made of the same dimensions as the sides of the shelf part (1). For sale or transport the base (2) can be disassembled, the segments (2.1, 2.2) attached to the sides, and thew hole unit (1,2) can be easily wrapped and stored. There are also versions with bases designed in another shape which work with the same principle.
