PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operations of a server, by using a memory ticket and by providing a display means for contents of the ticket information memory and an address designation means for addition and change of ticket information. CONSTITUTION:When a call is connected to manual desk 2, originating call information of this call is displayed on origin column 11 of display part 1 as an originating call classification. The server inputs the originating subscriber, charging classification CC12 of the terminating subscriber, originating subscriber number CG13, terminating subscriber number CD14 and special charging number SP15, and room number RN16, hotel name NM17, and so on for the hotel call by push-buttons 21-28. At this time, the information column to which the server should input next data is determined by program execution by analyzing originating call classification and charging classification information. Then, buttons 23-27 with lamps provided on the desk surface of the control desk correspondingly are lit, and after input completion, lamps are extinguished, so that the server can input data easily, and erroneous operations such as forgetting of input can be prevented. |
