CONSTITUTION:After a liquefied resin fuel in a mold cavity 10 has been solidified, a upper mold 8 and a lower mold 9 are released from each other and opened, and at the same time, a piston 5 is elongated. Then, the beading parts 4 and 4 of the flexible hollow core 1 are engaged with the engagement parts 3 and 3 of movable rings 2 and 2, and the flexible hollow core 1 is developed by the elasticity thereof and released from the bead seat interval part T1. Since the skeleton body 7 of the core has a form along the inner form of the produced tire T beforehand, when the piston 5 is contracted, it is restored to the original shape by its elasticity, and the core 1 is reset easily. |
