<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the quantity production of a product highly reliable with a remarkably simple construction, long service life and good uniformity, by fully circumferentially distributing and arranging at least eight slits in the portion of a duct surrounding the periphery of radiator fins. CONSTITUTION:In the portion at the end part of a duct 7 tightened by a band 4 to the periphery of a radiator fin 3, at least eight slits 8 are provided being fully circumferentially distributed. A length lR in the direction of tube axis of the fin 3 is restricted to a minimum limit dimension required for heat radiation of an anode to obtain the relation of lR=l-(lc+lm) by extending an edge height lc of a case 1 and lm of a mounting plate 5, in such a manner that the radiator fin is unable to be relatively displaced in the direction of tube axis with respect to an anode cylinder 6. However, l shows the length of the anode cylinder 6 in the direction of tube axis. In this way, a product of good uniformity with a long service life and remarkably simple construction can be quantity produced.</p> |
