Disclosed are recessed fluorescent lighting fixtures capable of minimizing the thickness of a fluorescent lamp frame, reducing the number of working processes, and being easily connected to adjacent fluorescent lighting fixtures. The recessed fluorescent lighting fixture includes a fluorescent lamp frame opened at right and left longitudinal side ends thereof, the fluorescent lamp frame having a ballast stabilizer and a reflection plate coupled to each other; side caps detachably mounted to the right and left longitudinal side ends of the opened fluorescent lamp frame; and lamp holders formed integrally with the side caps.
