PURPOSE:To simplify the process and to improve the accuracy of the teeth of a linear pulse motor by arranging magnetic bars in parallel on the upper surface of a magnetic base at a fixed pitch, and coating them with resin to fix closely to the base. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of a magnetic base 4 is finished into a plane, on which magnetic round bars 5 are arranged in parallel at a pitch p of the scale tooth. Square or semiround bars can be used besides the round bars 5. Resin 6 is applied to the bars 5, and hardened, in order to fix them closely to the surface of the base 4. Thus, slider teeth can be formed without grooving, so that the process can be simplified, and the accuracy can be improved. |
