PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation of a base plate due to heat by embossing a plurality of projections in the peripheral edge or in the vicinity of a window hole of a metal base plate and forming an annular block on the front and back surfaces of the peripheral edge and peripheral side of the window hole including the recessions by a synthetic resin mold. CONSTITUTION:At the window hole 2 of a metal base plate 1 there is unitarily formed an annular block 6 on the back surfaces of the peripheral edge 3 and peripheral side 4 of the window hole 2 including the projections 5, and a runner 7 is formed at the time of molding. Further, since the annular block 6 is locked by the projections it is not deformed by thermal contraction, and no play is produced between the block 6 and the metal base plate 1. Since the annular block 6 is formed at the perupheral edge 3 of the window hole 2 of the processions 5, it is not necessary to use a press mold of high precision, and the manufacture thereof is facilitated. |
