<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a ROM package by arranging ROM and a read address counter, a memory for a read address counter reset in the same package. CONSTITUTION:A read address counter 3 counts a clock inputted from an input terminal 2 and forms an address given to ROM 5. This address is given to a memory 6 for a read address counter reset at the same time. The memory 6 can reset the counter 3 in an optical address by writing the data of a reset signal output on an address to reset the counter 3 in advance. ROM 5 responds to an address given from the counter 3 and outputs the data from output terminals 7-14. In this constitution, a ROM package can be miniaturize, because the ROM 5, the counter 3 and the memory 6 are provided in the same package.</p> |
