PURPOSE:To simplify the manipulation for mode setting, by using a slide switch for setting various display modes and also for setting other function modes. CONSTITUTION:A slide switch 20 has time display mode contact TD, time correction mode contact TS, date display mode contact CD, stopwatch display mode contact SW, and in-print OFF mode contact OFF. In the contacts for selecting these modes, a movable contact piece 20a is provided so as to realize nonshotting changing and contacting, and a common power source VDD is connected to this contact piece 20a. Each contact of the switch 20 is connected to a switch input circuit 21. When the contact piece 20a is connected to an arbitrary contact point, the corresponding mode output is sent out to a display data selecting circuit 10 or the like by way of a mode selecting circuit 22. |
