<p>PURPOSE:To surely perform the correction of the folds of folded paper without rupturing the paper by providing a fold correcting device. CONSTITUTION:The folded paper 11 for the purpose of being transferred with the toner images formed on the surface 12a of a recording drum 12 is fed to the transfer device 10 consisting of guides 15 and transfer Corotron 16 by a paper feed tractor 14. An electrostatic printer 10 is provided with a fold correcting device 20 between a housing 13 and tractor 14 in order to correct the folds of the crest fold (a) and trough fold (b) produced at the folds of the folded paper 11. As a result of this, the folds of the paper 11 are flattened while it passes the rollers 21-25.</p> |
