<p>The fixing is for joining metal tubular rails to a rectangular moulded plastics base (1) . At the lower ends of the rails are welded plates (7) which cover the floor angles by U-bends. This is done by holding the rail upright and sliding it horizontally. The bends hold the rails either by additional locking between plates and floor or by rigid fixing preventing their moving. By a simple horizontal movement, each floor angle is covered on all faces. The resulting floor and rail assembly is rigid.</p> |
