PURPOSE: A fuel-high level ionic device is provided to make fuel cut magnetic flux of a magnetic field at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A fuel-high level ionic device comprises a rotation part(6), a magnetic circuit part(10), and a housing(3). The rotation part comprises a high-speed motor(7) fixed to a motor-fixing plate(8), and radial blades(9). The rotation part cycles fuel passing trough the radial blades at high speed in a magnetic field. The magnetic circuit part comprises a permanent magnet-fixing frame(11) having the pierced center where the radial blades of the rotation part are arranged; a magnetic circuit iron pipe(12) combined to the outer periphery of the permanent magnet-fixing frame; and a pair of permanent magnets(13) fixed to permanent magnet-fixing units(11a) formed to the upper and lower sides of the pierced center of the permanent magnet-fixing frame. An inlet(1) and an outlet(2) are formed to the ends of the housing. The rotation part and the magnetic circuit part are installed in the housing.
