PURPOSE:To improve reliability while simplifying core winding as to a magnetic head with a recording and reproducing integrated circuit mounted on a head arm, by mounting a magnetic-head driving and reproduced-signal transferring circuit, formed by patterning, on a gimbal spring. CONSTITUTION:To connect winding 4 around core 3 to the land of flexible printed circuit (FPC)5 while mounting recording and reproducing integrated circuit (IC)1 on head arm 2, a magnetic-head driving and reproduced-signal transferring circuit is formed besides FPC9 formed on a plastic thin plate whose rigidity can nearly be ignored and the circuit is stuck on gimbal spring 7. Thus, winding 4 around core 3 is shortened and winding processing is simplified, so that no destruction will occur with high reliability of strength. |
