The device has a suction unit (20) adapted to extract a part of air circulating at proximity of an active portion (10) of an internal surface (9) of a wall (6) of an enclosure (2). The suction unit is adjacent to an opening of an air outlet (8) and extends in a manner perpendicular to direction of air flow exhaust via the opening. The suction unit has a traversing mouth with its end (21) opened at the level of the active portion. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle comprising a centrifugal ventilation device.
