The installation has a unique reagent exchanger alternatively ensuring heat uptake to a reagent (S1) with the help of a lower exchanger (11) and heat exhaust of reagent (S2) by an upper exchanger (13). The heat exchanges are produced by boiling/condensation of a liquid/gas. A reactor (2) has the two reagents separated by a porous and insulating partition (12), where the reagents have exchangers.
