Electronic appliance with printed circuit module - encapsulated with modules in recesses of precast plastic block

An electric appliance with >=1 printed circuit board, on which active and passive modules are mounted, is housed in a precast plastic block with recesses to suit the modules. The printed circuit board fits into a recess of the block which is filled up by a plastic coating to form an intimate joint around all edges of the printed circuit board. This provides a 100% seal for all modules. Moisture for gas cannot reach the printed circuit board or its modules to deteriorate the electrical properties. The precast block cannot cause any damage by shrinkage.
