The coin-operated telephone comprises a slot (1) for introducing the money, a control apparatus for the money (2) to check the value and the validity of the coins, a single stocking device (4) for all kinds of coins, an operating device (5), and one of these control devices (6) which may return or cash the coins after a conversation. The control device (6) is an orientable valve having two stable positions allowing a change of direction of the free falling coins. A micro processor may be use as an operation device (5). |
