<p>The table top has pivoting extension plate (25) both of the cupboard depth. A guide rod (50) has roughly the length of the extension plate, and has a hook (55) at its free end in the extending direction, which is mounted beneath a telescopic rail (31) to swivel about an axis (51) set at right angles to the side wall (6) of the cupboard. In its horizontal position the hook extends right to the back wall (9) of the cupboard to engage over the rear edge of the fully pushed-in extension plate, while in the rearward inclined rest position the hook is set at a distance behind the rear edge (26) of the fully extended plate. The guide rod (50) is then held in the rest position by a spring (52).</p> |
