The flat product has a relief upper structure surface, a pressed pattern relative to the relief structure and made of micromolecular foam material. The product comprises a printed flexible sheet material fixed to the relief structure, and at least two layers of micromolecular material. The first one is irregular and related to the decorative pattern. It is connected continuously or discontinuously to the non pressed side of the sheet. The second layer is continuous and connected to the first one. It has a plane side and variable thickness. At least one of the layers has a structure of the nature of the foam. The relief structure is achieved by a more or less high degree of the nature of the foam and by the variable thickness of the layer. The flexible sheet material is plastically deformable at the formation temperature of foam. The flat product is mainly appropriate as decorative coating of walls and panels. |
