PURPOSE:To make possible perfect detection of abnormal capsules by providing stop parts to a feed roller having square screws and letting said positions be detecting parts. CONSTITUTION:A feed roller 26 having square screws is continuously provided with an acceleration part 29 of the pitch P gradually widening from the inlet part E, the 1st stop part 30 of lead angle zero after said part, then a constant speed part 31, the 2nd stop part 32 of lead angle zero and a deceleration part 33 of gradually decreasing pitch. The trough part 3 of the square screws is of a fixed depth and is formed slightly broader than the length of capsules 1. In the 1st, 2nd stop parts 30, 32, the capsules 1 merely rotate without moving and therefore, they are inspected by the projection of light by a projector and its receiving during this time. |
