The cylindrical flap completely blocks access to the coin shoot when operated. The horizontal, hollow cylindrical dispenser is partly cut away, the open portion facing into the machine towards the coin shoot in the normal rest position. The ribbed, closed part of the cylinder protrudes forward through a window and is therefore accessible to the user. When a button has been pressed the returned coin drops into the cylinder which is now rotated manually against a spring by the user so that its open portion faces the window. As the cylinder is completely round, without any protruding lips etc., its angle of rotation is not limited, thus facilitating design and mfr.
