PURPOSE:To reduce the secondary higher harmonic distortion, by inserting nonmagnetic ring to the ring-inserting groove formed on the flange base for plastic machining, and lowering the saturated magnetic flux density through the arrangement of the orientation of the crystal grains toward diametrically the flange. CONSTITUTION:The nonmagnetic ring 2 is contained in the inserting groove 13 formed on the center pole material 1 and processed, and the cavity C1 containing the pole 11 is present at the fixed mold K1, plastic processing is made with the moving mold K2 in the state containing the cavity and the flange 12 is processed flat. Further, the groove 13 containing the ring 2 is made sharrow with plastic deformation, and the flange 12 and the ring 2 are unified so that the ring 2 is not dropped off the flange 12.
