PURPOSE:To avoid the error due to dispersion in the measuring system, by differentiating and shaping two signals and then by detecting the phase difference after obtaining one system signal through addition. CONSTITUTION:The signal 1a is amplified and inputted to the adder after differentiation. The signal 2a is amplified and converted into a rectangular wave and then inputted to the adder. If the signal 1a is delayed in the phase than the signal 2a, the positive side of the differentiation output of the signal 1a is added with the positive side of the signal 2a to obtain the signal 9a. After full-wave rectifying of the signal 9a, the pulse 14a generated at the position of the differentiating output of the signal 1a is detected with a suitable level decision circuit. No output is generated when the signal 2a is delayed in the phase to the signal 1a. Since the detection system after addition is taken as one system, each signal can not be required through the circuits having different characteristics, and the signal 14a of phase detection of unified characteristics can be finally obtained. |
