PURPOSE:To decrease the number bobbins to simplify the assembling of a high- tension transformer by a method wherein among two or more coils arranged at the circumference of a core of high-tension transformer, at least one coil is constituted without bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A coil 12 for the primary coil of a high-tension transformer 11 like a fly-back transformer, etc., is formed to be a cylindrical bobbinless coil, and is inserted smoothly into the middle cylinder part 14a of a bobbin 14 in the A direction shown with an arrow mark. A secondary coil 15 is arranged in a groove part of an outside cylinder part 14c. A bobbinless coil formed with a bond met wire is suitable. Without using bobbin entirely, to insert a coil 21 in a coil 22 is also suitable. Like this, by forming at least one coil as bobbinless coil, the numer of parts can be reduced and the assembling can be simplified. |
