CONSTITUTION:Anode unit is constructed by closely sticking the gas permeable anode 2 (for example; platinum) on both sides of the gas.liquid permeable electric current collecting body 1. On the one hand, cathode unit is constructed by closely sticking the gas.liquid permeable electric current collecting body 3. Next, the anode 2 and cathode 4 are closely stuck by the cation exchange membrane 5 and plural pairs of unit composed of cathode unit/cation exchange membrane/cathode unit, are constructed. After that, the liquid to be electrolyzed, such as alkali chloride, etc., is introduced into the part of the body 1 having the anode unit and on the one hand, water is supplied to the body 3.
