PURPOSE:To construct a wavelength selection type gas laser device having an output representation and a light feedback system used over the entire selection wavelength with less number of components by one rotary control type polarizing plate. CONSTITUTION:Extremely low intensity linearly polarized light wave 11 rotated at 90 deg. at the polarizing plane from the laser output light 3 of the linearly polarized wave is merely picked up by a beam slitter 9 set at blister angle mounted immediately after an output mirror 8. This light wave 11 is introduced through a polarizing plate 15 for correcting the difference of the sensitivity to the wavelength of the light detector 10 and the difference of the selected wavelength output intensity by rotation to retain the output of the light detector 10 constant irrespective of the selected wavelength. |
