A potential treatment system in which whole body treatment and affected part treatment can be carried out more effectively. In the potential treatment system (1) comprising potential treatment equipment (2) provided with electrodes (22, 23), and a high voltage generator (3) for applying a high voltage to a foot electrode (23), and performing treatment by bringing a person C to be treated seated in a chair (21) into high potential, an acupuncture needle (4) being stuck into an affected part (C1) of the person to be treated, and a conduction tool (5) consisting of a conduction earth wire (51) having one earthed end (51a) and an earth rod (52) for touching and conducting with the needle (4) are provided and the earth rod (52) is touched to the needle (4).
