PURPOSE:To make stripping succeed, reduce noise, and decrease fraction defective by dividing the stripping work which tears off the unnecessary edge after etching into different two directions and performing it individually. CONSTITUTION:When the material 13 sent out from the final drive roller of an etching device is sent by the roller of a delivery device, feeding stops at a time. The edge 13b both sides of the material 13 is manually separated and is sent between the lower stripping roller 28 and the pushing roller 29 from between the separation rollers 25a and 25b, then it engages with each other in the meanwhile. The stripping roller 28 interlocks with the detector 40 with a motor, revolves, and is driven. When the stripped material 13 is further sent and arrives at the position transducer 40, it stops at the position which is opposed to the stripping tool 42. The edge 13c is stripped downward and the mask area 13a is created. |
