PURPOSE:Wool filaments are held in parallel with the side wall of the wool supporter and they are mixed, thus preventing the entanglement and entwinement, eliminating the combing procedure during wool blending to prevent the formation combings and largely improve the yield. CONSTITUTION:Wool L is placed on supporter 401 so that the both ends exceed the both openings 401a and 401b of the supporter 401 and crank mechanism 3, 13, 17, and 20 are made to operate and vibrate supporter 401, parallel arranger 9 and 10 and pressing plate 18 in the directions of arrows AB, CD and EF respectively. The totally wool blending by the pressing plate's coming down is helped by making the both ends of wool L uniform with walls 9 and 10 and the easy movement of wool L caused by separation of wool filaments from one another results in homogeneous blending. |
