PURPOSE:To obtain a slotted waveguide, where a filler is filled up inside, under the state where they are constituted in one body, by interposing the filler part between two waveguide constituting materials divided into two so that respective part of the filler part material may be stored in prescribed positions and by fixing constituting materials to each other after that. CONSTITUTION:Wave guide constituting materials 1a and 1b are long materials having a groove-shaped section and are equipped with notches 5a and 5b, which constitute a slot, on one side walls. Filler part material 3 is formed into one body without division of filler part 3a inside the waveguide and filler part 3b inside the slot. Filler part 3a is stored inside constituting materials 1a and 1b, and filler part 3b is interposed so that part 3b may be stored in notched parts 5a and 5b. Then, constituting materials 1a and 1b are fixed to each other. |
