PURPOSE:To avoid the generation of cracks inside the ceramic body by providing a metal link between the inner ceramic link equipped with the central conductor and the outer ceramic link when being jointed by brazing. CONSTITUTION:The one side of the central conductor 11 in a hollow bar is capped with the cover 12 and at the other side, the screw part 11a is formed. On the center line of the circular figures inner ceramic link 13, the central conductor 11 is inserted and brazed, around the circumference of which the circular outer ceramic link 14 is arranged to be positioned concentrically. The metal link 15 being thin by forming the concaved part 15a along the direction of the circumference, is put between the inner ceramic link 13 and the outer ceramic link 14. This inner circumference plane is brazed with the outer circumference plane of the inner ceramic link 13 so the stress of the jointed part can be reduced. |
