PURPOSE:To make conversion accurate and stable with a simple circuit constitution, by subjecting error voltage DELTAV generated in an analogue processing block to A/D conversion and storing the converted result in a correcting circuit as a count value and adding or subtracting the count value of the error voltage at the following A/D converting time. CONSTITUTION:A/D converting circuit 1 converts the input signal voltage of an analogue value to a digital value and displays the digital value. Corrected value storing circuit 11 stores the converting output of A/D converting circuit 1 at a prescribed timing as corrected data. Correcting operation control circuit 10 controls operations of A/D converting circuit 1 and corrected value storing circuit 11 and uses correction data, which is stored in corrected value storing circuit 11, to correct values of converting outputs at a prescribed timing and succeeding timings. |
