ASSEMBLY FOR HOLDING A WINDOW PANE OF A WINDOW LIFTER

An assembly for holding a window glass of a window lifter is provided to reduce cost for the window lifter. An assembly for holding a window glass(37) of a window lifter comprises a main base(10) and a clamping jaw(12). At least one slit(22) having an arc form is formed on the main base. The clamping jaw is attached to the main base and has a guide for connection with the slit. The guide is implemented by a pin integrally formed with the clamping jaw. A fastening bolt(20) is provided to attach the clamping jaw to the main base. A stopper disc(38) is disposed on the fastening bolt, to function as a stopper unit for the window glass fixed between the main base and the clamping jaw. The stopper disc has a round outer surface for contact with the window glass. A rubber clamping member(30) is disposed between the main base and the clamping jaw.
